Terms & Conditions of 1win in Uganda
The person, in charge can change the size and odds by decreasing or increasing them. Bets can only be placed using the money in your account. When you make a bet the matching amount will be taken from your account balance. Once the bet is resolved any winnings will be added to your account.
Sharing details about accepting bets paying out winnings, event outcomes or related topics will result in the bet being cancelled. This regulation applies not to individuals under 18 but also to their guardians or parents.
Types of Bets
We provide kinds of bets;
- Individual Bet; This bet involves predicting the outcome of an event and your winnings are determined by multiplying your bet by the odds.
- Accumulator Bet; In this type of bet you predict outcomes in events. Your total winnings are calculated by multiplying your bet by the combined odds of all the chosen outcomes.
Acceptance of Bets During the Match
In Uganda customers can choose to bet on outcomes and combine bets to make an Express bet. Once a bet is finalized it cannot be altered. 1Win is not liable for any discrepancies in match outcomes, during betting. It is advisable for customers to refer to sources of information as live bets cannot be modified once placed.
Match Results, Date and Time
1Win is not responsible for any errors in the names of championship matches, durations or any information pertaining to betting as they’re estimated values. It is advised that customers from Uganda verify sports event details, from sources.
In the event that a customer places a bet with knowledge of the outcome the bet will be voided. Decisions regarding bets will be taken following an investigation. Any activities associated with bets will be temporarily halted promptly.
Amendment of Conditions
The company can make changes, to the website without giving notice to customers in Uganda.
Right of Demand
In places where online gambling is not allowed by the law by agreeing to the terms you acknowledge that we cannot guarantee or offer advice on whether it’s legal to use the website in your area.

Username, Password, and Security

Deposits & Withdrawals
Users in Uganda hereby agree to the following terms;
- By agreeing you confirm that any funds you deposit into your betting account have been obtained legally.
- You are dedicated to completing all transactions without any rejection or cancellation.
- Only deposits from accounts bank cards or registered systems under your name will be accepted. Violating this rule may lead to the seizure of winnings.
- If a bank transfer is needed to return funds to the owner all associated costs and fees will be the responsibility of the recipient.
- You agree not to challenge, cancel or terminate any account transactions. If you need to reimburse us for any funds you will be accountable, for covering any expenses related to processing your deposits.
